Welcome to the Senthilan Lab , a research group at the University of Würzburg, Germany . Our lab studies how animals perceive and respond to light, using Drosophila melanogaster as a model organism. We combine approaches from molecular biology, genetics, neurobiology, histology, behavioral analysis, and bioinformatics to investigate these processes from the molecular to the behavioral level.
